I have had a disc problem for a few years and was always battling the pain. After my back specialist mentioned trying yoga I was sceptical. I joined jag in bellbowrie over 12 months ago. It's a strange thing to go from always in pain but also feeling weak to pain free. Yoga has become a regular part of my life and it's great to feel strength return.
After sustaining a shoulder injury about 5 years ago, I've tried a lot of things to ease the pain- physio, chiro and massage. But nothing has had as positive an effect as Jag's classes. Jag has been an amazing help in improving my strength, flexibility and alignment. His classes are always different and interesting, so I'm motivated to keep practicing for life!
I was introduced to Jag's yoga classes by a friend and have been going there for almost 2 years now. Such a variety of poses are taught and tailored specifically to your individual level! I've never thought to try anywhere else since!
Jag is a great yoga teacher and the classes are very rewarding and motivating. I have felt so much healthier since taking up yoga, my headaches and posture from my neck and back have improved significantly!

Jag at Chrysalis Yoga Centre is a wonderful teacher and yoga devotee. He is a very experienced and patient teacher who works with each individual to meet their needs. His classes are always varied. Since going to his class just once a week I now have core strength that I have never had before. Thanks Jag!
